333.

As of today there are 333 days until our wedding. 3 is my favorite number, so it seemed only fitting that I get something wedding related taken care of in honor of the big 333. A few months ago, I made preliminary plans with a hotel near our venue. They didn’t officially allow hotel blocks to be booked until the event is 11 months away & we finally passed that mark over the weekend, so I sent the man I was working with previously an email to make a few small changes to our contract & get things finalized.

365 Days

In exactly one year I will be marrying my best friend & favorite person I the whole world.

I’m sure Jason will hate that this is the picture I decided to use for this post, but our puppy children & I can’t wait to officially take his last name (FYI: right now they have hyphenated names, Peko Monster G______-H________________ [Jason’s last name is much longer than mine, so this is an accurate representation] & Benson Alan G______-H__________________).

As much as I complain about having such a long engagement, the last 8-9 months has flown by, so I’m sure that the last twelve months will fly by too & our wedding day will be here in no time at all. I tend to enjoy planning things far too much, so I need to make a point over the next year to stop & live in the moment… to enjoy our remaining year of being an engaged couple & to live it up during what will be the last year of my twenties.

500 days of Engagement

According to The Knot, we officially have 500 days until the big day! Goodness that’s a long time… At the same time I can’t believe we’ve already been engaged for four months!
