The Things We Do…

Months ago, I went to my first bridal show with my mom before she moved to Phoenix. It is a direct result of this bridal show that some friends of mine (who shall remain nameless) & I did what we did tonight.

Engagement Picture Plans

As I’ve mentioned previously, Jason & I do not have a single cute picture of the two of us. To be fair, neither of us is big on snapping pictures of ourselves , so that plays a large roll in why we don’t have any cute pictures – we simply don’t have many to begin with. Since we’re about three weeks away from getting our engagement pictures taken, I’ve been studying up on poses & outfit ideas.

Save-the-Dates: Step Two

eBay sellers continue to impress me with their speedy shipping times. Today I received the 100 cute little envelopes I ordered last week for around $15… Looking back that’s kind of a high price for tiny envelopes, but whatever, I’m spreading the cost of things out & as I’ve said before, I have a very specific idea for our Save-the-Dates, since we’re going to be sending them out around the holidays this year & I intend on sending our Save-the-Dates out as a combined holiday card & Save-the-Date.

Escort Cards

Prior to heading to downtown to go to the car show today I forced Jason to go to Hobby Lobby (aka heaven on earth) to pick up a few supplies for my newest craft attempt that I discussed briefly yesterday. Now, I am fully aware that it way too early to be working on these, but I’m just getting them started now for completion next year. Like I said yesterday, I want to get things like this done early since it is going to be a time consuming task.

Jason & I went out to dinner with two of my brothers & one of their girlfriend’s last night to celebrate my youngest brother turning the big 1-8. I haven’t see them since right before my parents moved to Arizona, so it was good to see them again.
